Lea Alexander has been my Reiki Master Teacher and mentor for several years now, but it wasn’t until I needed help in understanding my cockatiel, Frito, that I realized just how extremely talented and insightful she is when communicating with animals! Frito is 21 yrs old and has always been a very cranky bird. He has never gotten used to his people’s hands and would only associate with us on his own absolute terms, which meant almost never. I have been giving him Reiki for over a year and it has definitely helped, but after Lea had a conversation with him, he was a new bird! He had a different attitude. He felt free to sing with music coming from the TV, and didn’t hesitate to let us know when there was a program on that he didn’t enjoy, such as football. He has also accepted his weekly bath at the kitchen sink when his cage is being cleaned . This used to be an impossible task. Now he rarely bites. All in all, Frito had a lot to say, and with Lea’s help, we have been able to understand him and truly believe that he is much happier now. He even enjoys playing “kissy-beak” with me now. Wow, what a difference!!!! Lea Alexander has my highest recommendation as an animal communicator and I often refer my Reiki clients with animals to her and have no doubt that they are in the greatest of hands!

When health issues are involved, it is extremely comforting to help both the animal and their person understand exactly what will be involved for example in the surgical process and recovery.
Lea immediately picked up on my sense of urgency as Tres was facing surgery the next morning and worked a session into her schedule that night. I was concerned that Tres understand the spay surgery she was facing was not going to hurt her like the surgery tp repair her hip after being hit by a car the previous year. I was so excited that Lea reported that Tres was excited when she connected and as the session went on I really felt a part of their connection. I thrill at this possibility of connection between the kingdoms, animal and human. Via Tres’ experiences with Lea I know what information I am capable of passing to her and what I am not – so I now know when to call Lea with something important I cannot myself pass on. Thank you for connecting with Tres prior to her surgery. It was very special to me to know she and I were on the same page!
