This style of consultation is best for issues requiring more introspection and depth communication with multiple questions.
Three Steps
1. Below is the Intake Questionnaire. Complete and submit the form. We will e-mail you to schedule an appointment time. *
2. Dr. Lea will telepathically communicate with your animal. This is done “long distance”.
3. At the appointed hour you will phone Dr. Lea for your consultation.
*Please note : If the Intake Questionnaire below is used The One Hour clock begins with step two, not step three. If the Intake is done by telephone the One Hour clock begins with that call. Extra time can be purchased if required.
In order to establish a business relationship with a first time client, payment must be received prior to the day of the phone consultation.
